Refer a client

Rizeup is a referral based organisation dealing directly with DFV specialist services. We typically provide assistance to clients who have experienced a DV incident within the last 3 months. We are a volunteer organisation and will make every attempt to assist you in supporting your client, however not all requests can be accepted. Please note that our wait times can be up to three weeks.

You can refer a client using the online form below. Please have the client present and allow approximately 15 minutes. The form cannot be partially saved so make sure you have all your information handy.

Alternatively you can download the Home Confirmation and Wish List forms and submit them via email to homes@rizeup.com.au
